As experienced psychologists and couples therapists (as well as people!), at Love & Lust Co. we feel super strongly about positive human connection. When we spend our time people watching (subtly of course), our hearts aches seeing people look down at their phones rather than into the eyes of those they are with. Our hearts break when we see this involving and impacting teenagers and children.

In therapy, we are hearing more and more couples complain that they have lost their connection, that the spark and intimacy is gone, and that they are lonely and dissatisfied even when they have their person right beside them.
